Immunizations
To submit your required documentation click on the name of the requirement. A page will be displayed where you can read the instructions, upload your documentation and save it in your account.
Once you have uploaded all your documentation click the Submit for review button at the bottom of the page. The reviewer from your program will either accept or reject your submission. If there are questions the review will send you a notice which will appear on you Dashboard page.
